Wendy Oliveras, MS

Ms. Oliveras has joined hands with TecEsq as Business Development Partner for our United States operations. With 29 years of combined hands-on experience in intellectual property law firms and attorney placement, Ms. Oliveras has developed a strong appreciation and full understanding of the IP, legal, and recruitment industries. As a result, she has developed effective and successful skills to represent all of her clientele, including law firms and corporations worldwide. She is Founder & CEO of Oliveras & Company, Inc. ("OC"), a prominent full-service search firm specializing in the recruitment of intellectual property associates, partners, patent agents, scientific/technical advisors, patent researchers, Counsel, practice groups, and firm mergers & acquisitions.
Ms. Oliveras is an avid author and columnist as well. Her recent work entitled DEMYSTIFYING ENTREPRENEURSHIP: A Student's Guide to Start-Up©, 2010 is soon to be published and distributed nationally and abroad. She has also written a few chapters, articles, and reports related to the legal market, IP recruitment and corporate behavior.
She holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management, magna cum laude, from The New School, New York, NY, as well as a post-Master's Certification in Career Development and Planning. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Pre-Law, cum laude, and is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

Matthew Roeser

Matthew has over 15 years of experience working and selling in and to the USA industrial markets. For the past 10 years, Matthew has focused on helping the petroleum, chemical, manufacturing and steel industries identify deficiencies, develop innovative and cost-effective solutions while enhancing the customer’s competitiveness within the market place.
Matthew experiences have allowed him considerable access, knowledge and insight into the production of oil from down-hole drilling and completion to product refinement. Matthew’s process and product knowledge has been instrumental in improving customer service offerings to several Fortune 500 companies and enhancing their competitiveness within the market place.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
