Recruiting
We devote considerable time and resources on our recruitment efforts. For our IP services team, our focus is to seek qualified and talented individuals from all cultural and educational backgrounds. We select the best talent and offer best benefits.
The candidates are required to go through a written test followed by technical and analytical interviews. After selection, a candidate undergoes IP training and is required to clear the test before starting live on projects.

Export Control Regulations
TecEsq is aware about the Secrecy Order Program in the United States Patent and Trademark Office that provides a security procedure to prevent technical data in the patent application under the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR Parts 730-774) (The “EAR”). TecEsq US office can process export control matter if the client needs assistance.
Conflict Management
We conduct conflicts check for our clients before taking projects. We maintain an updated information database and restrict the employee’s exposure to matters other than matters of his/her direct involvement. The company follows Chinese walls policy and the teams are physically separated to avoid conflict of interests.
Attorney Client Privilege
Attorney Client privilege, covers the work done at TecEsq. We retain the privilege, as our main purpose of running this business is to assist the requesting attorney who in turn advises the client. The confidential communication between client, attorney and patent engineer is covered by this privilege may be written or oral.
