Pradeep Agrawal
Co-Founder & CEO

Pradeep has more than 20 years of experience working in the United States and India. During his professional career so far, he has gained first hand experience in the software development and Intellectual Property arena. Prior to starting TecEsq, Pradeep held key positions in various multi-national companies achieving critical business objectives including revenue targets, profit margins, business growth, and turnaround time. At Selectica, one of his professional endeavors, he was solely responsible for managing onshore and offshore quality assurance teams. He is a customer focused individual with powerful negotiating skills that has led to building successful relationships with decision makers.

Pradeep has extensive experience in the field of patent prosecution and patent analytics, and is a pioneer in the Intellectual Property outsourcing industry in India. Pradeep has played an instrumental role in growing and setting up a dedicated patent research team for Microsoft Corporation, USA. Pradeep has worked in a wide range of technology domains including computer science, software, electronics and telecommunications.

Pradeep received MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA and Bachelor of Engineering from Bhopal University, India.

Mohit Gambhir
Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Mohit Gambhir

Mohit brings with him over 10 years of experience ranging from Academia, R&D to Intellectual Property Rights. Prior to starting TecEsq, Mohit worked as an independent IP Consultant/Advisor for various corporate. Mohit, in his earlier engagements set up an IP department, built profitable client relationships, managed and mentored execution teams in research and IP projects.

Mohit has extensive experience in dealing with projects that relate to patent laws for US and UK jurisdictions. He has led path-breaking projects that earned high accolades from clients. Further, he formed high caliber patents team for a legal process outsourcing company and devised processes for managing the quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Mohit is a qualified Techno-Legal professional with Masters in Computer Science & Engineering from CDAC, India and Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from Kurukshetra University, India and LL.B (JD equivalent). Mohit is a speaker at various symposiums and is very easy to connect with for the masses. Mohit has 2 patents pending and a number of published research articles to his credit in leading journals and conferences.

Gaurav Goyal
Director - Intellectual Property

Gaurav Goyal

Gaurav enjoys his association with industry for over 6 years working as an engineer and an Intellectual Property expert. He started his stint in IP with Evalueserve and progressed to handling vital roles including project quality assurance, client development and management within a span of 3 years. As a Manager with the IP division at Evalueserve, Gaurav mentored, managed and led diverse IP teams for various Fortune 500 companies as clients. He has extensive experience of working with US, EP and Indian patent laws. Gaurav has worked on projects relating to sophisticated technologies ranging from electronics, computer sciences, medical, chemical, mechanical and business domain. He has expertise in IP projects like patent drafting, prior art searches, office action response drafting, invalidity searches, clearance searches, landscaping and other research and analytics projects. His insights and suggestions to patent analytical projects are particularly valuable.

In addition, Gaurav was also responsible for various operational functions of his team including project staffing, project and group budgets, management information, trainings, recruitment and appraisals. He was instrumental in expanding the clientele as well as work quantum from clients.

Prior to joining Evalueserve, Gaurav has worked as an Assistant Manager (Production & Maintenance) for Dabur India Ltd., an FMCG leader in India. At Dabur, he was part of a team on a green-field project and executed various plant-machinery installation & commissioning projects. Gaurav is a Mechanical Engineer from Punjab Engineering College, a premier institute in India. He enjoys computer programming and likes to explore and learn about latest gadgets, social media and upcoming technologies.

Shuchi Agarwal
Director - IP Education

Shuchi is associated with the field of patents since last 8 years. She started her career in IPR with Anand and Anand (A&A) where she handled patent prosecution, patent analytics and patent portfolio management mostly catering to Indian Patent Law. After her stint with A&A, she joined Pangea3 and was the Director of the Intellectual Property group before she moved on to pursue her Masters in Intellectual Property Law from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, Munich (a joint endeavour of Max Planck and George Washington University). At Pangea3, Shuchi was responsible for managing operations of the IP group. Her responsibilities involved mentoring & training team members and delivering IP services such as patent searches, landscapes, patent drafts, pre-litigation patent support studies, and infringement analysis etc. She is also a visiting faculty at NALSAR, Hyderabad.

By education, she is an engineer specializing in Electronics and Telecommunications. Post her Bachelors, she has done a professional course in VLSI.

Saket Sankhla
Patent Consultant

Saket has been interfacing with the IP industry for over 7 years. He has worked for various Fortune 500 companies in semiconductor, microprocessor, software development, user interface, medical device and telecom domain.

Saket's expertise includes office action responses, patent application drafting, patent conversion, and claim/invention evaluation. He has been involved in cyber crime litigation, M&As, due diligence, and portfolio management.

Saket has worked as a Patent Associate for Harrington and Smith, PC, in Connecticut, USA. In the past, he has worked for SAP Labs India as Patent Specialist. He has also worked for Reliance Communications, one of the biggest telecom operators in India, as an Executive Engineer and for Flowel G Tech as a Senior Project Engineer.

Saket earned a Masters in Intellectual Property from the Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, USA. He also holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Science from IIT-Roorkee and a Diploma in IPR, from the Indian Law Institute, Delhi, India.
